Inside Out Ministries is a private practice office

providing counseling services for the emotional, relational, and spiritual needs
of individuals and families in the Metro East area of Southern Illinois

The name, Inside Out Ministries, refers to the idea that true and lasting change must first occur on the inside of us before it is manifested in our outward words and behaviors.  Many people try to make themselves feel better by changing jobs, hairstyles, cars, spouses, etc only to find out that the initial “good feeling” doesn’t last.  When one encounters the God who created them, they are transformed in their thoughts, beliefs and feelings which bring about the love, peace and joy they had been seeking for but were unable to attain.
